Our Food Processing and Layout Design training program provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to create a safe and effective food processing environment. This course is designed to highlight the risks of exposure to legionella bacteria, what to look out for and how to protect your guests and staff from harmful Legionnaires disease. |
Solid waste Management and Environmental Sustainability: Introduction
This course will enlighten participants on environmentally friendly technologies and solid waste management practices that will reduce the degradation of the environment and promote sustainability. |
FAT TOM Training:
This course will provide participants with information on intrinsic and extrinsic factors of foods that allow foodborne pathogens to grow on them. |
